1) Visit: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html
2) Select “Drivers & Software”
3) Click the “Start Now” button to automatically detect your system and components
4) Either let “HP Recommend” by clicking “Start Now” or select your Windows version from the drop-down
5) Download the latest drivers from the following categories:
a. Driver-Graphics
b. Driver-Chipset -> look for USB 3.0 Host Controller
6) Installed the downloaded drivers and reboot your laptop
