2) Use Dell’s auto-detection, or select your laptop model from the list
3) Scroll down and download the latest drivers from the following categories:
a. Chipset -> USB 3.0 Host Controller
b. VGA -> Graphics Driver
4) Installed the downloaded drivers and reboot your laptop
